Returns:
It's easy. If you're not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have received just return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund less restocking fee and shipping. We do not have exchange policy at this time so please return the item(s) as regular return.
The buyer is responsible for shipping and tracking when sending back the merchandise(s). Return and crediting to your credit card account process usually take no longer than 30 days.
Laundered, altered or embroidered garments are not returnable. All items must be in their original condition with label and tags intact. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.
Please remember that embroidered items are not returnable. Embroidered or washed garments may not be returned unless they are defective. We cannot accept footwear returns if they show visible wear.
Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps
- Returns must accompany a Return Authorization Number (RA#). RA# must be writtin on outside of return package. Package will be returned if RA# is not visible.
- You may use UPS, DHL or the USPS to return your package.
Apparel
1. All original tags, & labels MUST still be affixed to clothing
2. Items must be returned in original packaging
3. No laundered or soiled garments will be accepted. (this includes ANY hair, pet hair, and strong orders such as smoke or perfume)
4. Return/Exchange form must be filled out completely.
5. If items are not in same condition as delivered, Uniquely Uniforms will not issue credit. Items will be returned to you. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.
Shoes
1. All must be return in original box
2. We will not accept any shoes that have been street worn or show any sign of soiling. We suggest that you try your shoes on carpet to make sure they fit and comfort level is what you expected.
3. Return/Exchange form must be filled out completely.
Your satisfaction is our number one goal. Compliance with these guidelines will result in a quick and speedy return or exchange of your items. Any items not meeting these guidelines will be documented and returned to the customer at customer expenses.
